Following the swift sale of the condo I recently shot for a new client, she called me to come shoot the house she was about to sell. The first thing the agent and I did was complete a walk through of the house. The house was nicely decorated, but because of the agent's small child, she followed me room to room to make sure no toys were accidentally left in whatever room I was shooting.
After the agent finished tidying up the bedroom, I took a few test exposures and adjusted my composition. Here is where I started:

I made some adjustments to the exposure and I set up a couple of flashes. I also shot a frame of direct flash on the window in case I needed it for later (I didn't this time).
